(A3,2) Insert Tables

Insert Table

1. When editing a Rich Text-enabled component, click the Table icon .

2. Select the number of columns and rows for the table by dragging the cursor across the grid.

3. You may add or remove rows and columns using the floating toolbar when you click on the table.

Edit Table Border

1. Select Table Properties from the toolbar.

2. Define the border width by keying in the terms of pixels, e.g. key in "1" for 1 pixel.

3. The default colour of the table border is black. You can also change the border colour by accessing the Advanced tab.

Edit Table Background Colour

1. You can change the colour of the table background by accessing the Advanced tab in Table Properties.

Change Border or Background Colours

1. You may either key in a HTML colour name such as "black", or a HEX code such as "#000000" (for black).

2. The default colour of the table border is black. You can also change the border colour by accessing the Advanced tab.

3. Refer to this website ↗ (opens in new tab) for more HTML colour names or HEX codes that you can use.

4. You may wish to choose the SLS colours for a more consistent look:

   • Primary Brand Colours

   • #2B63D9 (blue)

   • #0B233F (navy)

   • #E96A6A (red)

   • Supplementary Brand Colours

   • #4ECBD3 (cyan)

   • #FBBC04 (yellow)
