Set an alternate email address to reset your SLS password.

(A1,ii) Set Password Reset Email Address

Important: You must verify the email address before you can use it to reset your password.

You should set a password reset email address in your profile. This will allow you to reset your password through a password reset link.

  1. Open the right menu and click Edit Profile.

  2. On the Profile page, select Set Email Address under Account Settings.

  3. Enter an email address under Alternate Email.

  4. Click Save.

Did You Know:

  • You can set an email address other than your Student iCON email. This will allow you to reset your SLS password even if you are unable to log in to your Student iCON email.

  • While it is not a must to enter an email address, this is the easiest and fastest method to reset your SLS password should you forget it.

  • A notification will appear to remind you each time you log in if an alternate email address has not been entered and verified.
