(A1,ii) Access Past Class Groups

Find and revisit your old class groups via the Past tab, where you can still access notifications, planners, assignments, resources, forums, and apps.

(A1,ii) Access Past Class Groups

  1. A Class Group will be placed in the Past tab when at least one of the following conditions has been fulfilled:

    • the academic year changes to the next year

    • you change subject class

    • you leave the school

    • the Class Group expires

    • you leave the Class Group

    • the Class Group is archived by your teacher

  2. To access a Past Class Group, open the left menu and click Class Groups. Alternatively, in the Class Groups tab from the homepage, click Class Groups.

  3. Click the Past tab. If you have past Class Groups from multiple years, use the dropdown menu to navigate through the years.

  4. Click the Class Group card to access it.

  5. You will be able to access the Notifications, Planner, Assignments, Resources, Forum and Apps in your Past Class Groups.

Note: Past Class Groups cannot be pinned.
