(B1,iii) Edit Activities & Sections

Learn how to edit, rename, delete, and manage activities and sections in the Module Editor.

(B1,iii) Edit Activities & Sections (Enhanced)

Edit Activity

  1. To go to the Module Editor page, click the Pencil icon found at the top right of the header.

  2. You can edit an Activity Title by clicking on it and save by clicking outside of it.

  3. You can set an Activity as Optional by adjusting the Optional Toggle when you click on the Activity Title.

  4. You can delete an Activity by clicking on Trash icon .

  5. You can also edit activities by clicking the Expand Activity List icon to open the Full Activity List or clicking the Module Plan icon .

  6. Click the Overflow (3-dot icon) and select the following options:

    • Add New - A New Activity will be added below the current Activity.

    • Duplicate Activity - A copy of the current Activity will be made below.

    • Move Up/Down

    • Set As Optional - The Activity will be Optional for students to complete.

    • Add Activity Prerequisite (NEW) - This activity will only be accessible after the prerequisite(s) are fulfilled.

    • Delete Note: In the Module Plan, click the Pencil icon to edit the Activity Title and Save icon to save.

  7. From March 2025 Update, you can edit pages in an Activity by clicking the Overflow (3-dot icon) on the page number and selecting Duplicate Page.

Edit Section

  1. To go to the Module Editor page, click the Pencil icon found at the top right of the header.

  2. You can edit a Section Title by clicking on it and save by clicking outside of it. You can also rename the Section Title by clicking on the Title on the top menu bar and save by clicking outside of it.

  3. You can set a Section as Optional by adjusting the Optional Toggle when you click on the Section Title.

  4. You can delete a Section by clicking on Trash icon .

  5. You can also edit activities by clicking the Expand Activity List icon to open the Full Activity List or clicking the Module Plan icon .

  6. In the Full Activity List, click the Overflow (3-dot icon) and select the following options:

    • Add New - A New Section Cover will be added below the current Section.

    • Move Section Up/Down

    • Delete

  7. Click the Pencil icon to edit the Section Title and Save icon to save.

Note: The viewable toggle is only selectable when there is only one section. When there are two or more sections, it cannot be switched off.
