Add tooltips that explain highlighted text or icons.

Insert Tooltips

Tooltips will display simple text over selected content to provide more information. For example, a Tooltip can appear to display the definition of a technical term.

  1. When editing a Rich Text-enabled component, choose one of the Tooltip icons. Alternatively, highlight the text and select a Tooltip icon.

  2. In the Insert/Edit Tooltip subpage, key in or edit the Display Text, followed by the relevant notes for the Tooltip.

  3. Click Save when done.
