(B1,iv) View & Edit Module Plans

View a Module Plan

1. In the Module View page, click the Module Plan icon in the collapsed Activity List. All the Sections/Activities in a Module will be shown.

2. The yellow navigation arrow in the Module Plan indicates your current view of the Module.

3. To view the list of Activities within a Section, click Show Activities ( ). The number indicated in the bracket shows the number of Activities within the Section.

4. Clicking an Activity[resource:770:261874]Section from the Module Plan will bring you to the particular Activity/Section.

Edit a Module Plan

1. In the Module View page, click the Pencil icon at the right hand corner of the top menu bar to edit the Module.

2. Click the Module Plan icon in the collapsed Activity List. All the Sections/Activities in a Module will be shown.

3. To edit the titles of a Module/Section/Activity, click the Pencil icon beside each field.

4. Click the Save icon to confirm.

5. Click the Overflow(3-dot icon) to Add Section/Activity after, Move Section/Activity Up/Down or Delete a Section/Activity. For Activities, you can also Duplicate Activity and select Set as Optional.

   • Note: You can reorder activities to a different Section by using the Move up/down feature.

6. Alternatively, you can click Add New found below the last Section/Activity of the Module.

7. Click X to exit the Lesson Plan.

Sequential Activity, Quiz or Section access

You can Add Activity, Quiz or Section Prerequisites to a Lesson. Activities, Quizzes or Sections indicated with Prerequisites will be locked until students complete the required activity/section.
