by generating marks and first draft of comments for  students’ response based on the suggested mark scheme, which teachers can edit and build on.

Applies to any subject* and level

Can be used for close-ended, short answer questions with well-defined mark schemes.

*ShortAnsFA should not be used for questions involving mathematical computation as it is unable to provide accurate feedback for mathematical concepts.

Redirects time to other T&L activities

by allowing teachers to spend less time on giving feedback, thereby enabling them to spend more time  with students and provide more complex guidance to advance learning.
