                - SLS aims to transform learning experiences through technology, providing a one-stop hub for resources aligned with MOE’s curriculum, supporting collaborative and self-directed learning, and enabling teachers with tools aligned to MOE e-pedagogy principles.

        - Partnership with SLS:
                - SLS operates as an open, modular system to integrate external content and tools, aiming to be a one-stop hub for all MOE’s teaching and learning needs.
- It encourages partnerships based on principles that avoid duplicating SLS core resources, endorsing content that offers significant value beyond SLS’s baseline capabilities.
 
- Resource Development:
                - SLS hosts over 21,000 lessons, with resources developed by MOE, teachers, and external content developers (ECDs).
- It seeks to accelerate external content creation, particularly digital and interactive resources, while providing a framework for school-based resource development and for government agencies to develop Student-Initiated Learning content through ECD SLS accounts.
 
- Integrated Services:
                - SLS supports the integration of external services through whitelisting URLs, LTI integration, and the use of external engines for enhanced capabilities.
- It seeks partners offering other advanced capabilities for integration or standalone services.
