(A2) Manage Modules
Content Approvers (CAs) and Content Officers (COs) are able to manage MOE Library Modules.
Manage module details
-
Open the left menu.

Click Administration, then select Manage Modules.

View the list of modules in the table.

Title

Type
-
Subject
-
Level
-
Modified date
-
Modified by
-
Status
-
Owner group
-
Content map(s)

Sort or review modules as needed from the table.

Click the Overflow (3 dots) icon and select Module Details to view details.

Access additional actions from the Overflow menu.

Download marks and responses
-

Open the left menu and select Administration, followed by Manage Modules.

The list of Modules will be reflected in the table, indicating the following:

Title
-
Type
-
Subject
-
Level
-
Modified Date
-
Modified By
-
Status
-
Owner Group
-
Content Map(s)

To view the Module Details, scroll to the extreme right. Click the Overflow (3 dots icon) and select Module Details.

You can download the Marks and Responses from the Overflow too.
Note: From R2 (Nov 2024) CAs can download MOE Library student responses and marks by multiple schools.
To view the Admin Reviews of a Module, click Open under the Module Title and click Admin Reviews on the grey banner.

Click Open on a module.

Click Admin Reviews on the banner to view review history.
Search for Modules
Search for modules

Enter keywords in the search bar.

(Optional) Select Subject and Level from the dropdown lists.

Press Enter to view results.

Click Filter to refine your search.

Under Resource, select Modules.

Under Owner Group, select one:
-
All
-
My Groups
-
Other Groups
-
-
Under Status, select one:
-
All
-
Draft
-
Pending approval
-
Approved
-
Rejected
-
Unpublished
-

Click Apply Filters.
Manage module status
-
Click Open on the module.
-
Perform the required action.
-
Approve or reject a module that is pending approval using the respective icons.

The Admin Reviews page updates automatically after each action.

Edit a module
-
Click Open on the module.
-
Click the Pencil icon to enter the Module Editor.
-
Make the required changes.
-
Click the Done icon to save.
-
Submit or approve the updated version as required.
Manage module versions
-
Access module versions from the Manage Modules page.
-
Edit approved modules without unpublishing.
-
A new version is automatically created for editing and approval.
-
-
Approve the updated version.
-
The updated version replaces the existing module.
-
The previous version is archived.
-
The module URL remains unchanged.
-
-
Review version indicators.
-
Updated version banners and admin review messages are displayed to support the workflow.
-

Access archived versions when needed.
-
Students can access archived versions they have attempted or starred.
-
Teachers can access archived versions they have starred.
-
Content Officers (COs) and Content Approvers (CAs) can access all archived versions belonging to their owner groups from Manage Modules.
-
A banner inside each archived version provides the link to the latest version.

Download archived data if required.

Student marks and responses from archived versions remain available for download. This can be done on the Manage Modules page, from the overflow menu next to each module.

Delete archived versions when necessary.
-
This removes teacher and student access to the archived versions.
