(C1,ii) App FAQs

  1. What will happen if I do not install an App?

    • Students will not be able to see the App in their Class Group and they will not have access to it.

  2. What happens to Assignments if I uninstall the App?

    • The Assignments will still be available (depending on App Support). The Assignments will also remain available if you re-install the App.

  3. Where do I create App Assignments?

    • Launch the App from SLS. You can create Assignments in the App and they will be synced to the student’s Assignment List that can be viewed from the homepage (under To Do tab).

  4. Who do I contact if I encounter any issues?

    • If you encounter issues within the App (after it has launched in a new tab), please email the App Helpdesk.

    • If you encounter issues in SLS (before it launched in a new tab), please email the SLS Helpdesk.
